Ryo was super helpful., he has provided instructions from Tokyo station for various options, clear communication leading up to the day of check in. We are travelling from Kyoto on a Sunday, and the Shinkansen we were arriving was after the front desk is closed. He has request desk manager to stay back to help us in and also helped the luggage to our 3rd floor room. Gracefully extended our checkout as our flight later in the afternoon , we could go for peaceful lunch with our lugging around our luggage the city ! Thanks much Ryo and the desk manager ( my apologies , I forgot the gentleman’s name ). He was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend , place is super clean and highly functional !

Ryo was incredibly communicative and responsive during our 6 night stay in Ginza. Definitely take advantage of the lounge when you are here (free drinks!) and try to meet Ryo. He was an extremely attentive host, responding in a few minutes to any of our questions.

By far our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tokyo. So spacious, clean, and the best location!! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Ryo's house is excellent. There are several subway stations near the accommodation, and a convenience store next door. It's very convenient to walk to Tsukiji and Ginza. Ryo is really nice and often provided us with useful information to make our trip comfortable and smooth. He also invited us for drinks, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to go. The B&B service is excellent! The decor has a very Japanese style. Although it's upstairs, the staff will help carry your luggage up and down. Ten years later, I returned to Tokyo. The familiar smell of ramen on the street corner and the smooth tone of the station announcements were as vivid as if it were yesterday, not faded by time at all.Choosing "Ichigo Ichie" this time was truly the best decision. The children rolled around and laughed on the spacious tatami, and they didn't want to sleep every night, but they were very comfortable in the bed. That comfort and peace of mind was like going back to Grandma's house in childhood.The bustling brilliance of Ginza and the quiet alleys of the city center are only a few subway stops apart. Shop till you drop during the day and take a stroll to enjoy the scenery in the evening. The pace is just right.The only regret was not being able to enjoy sashimi every day, but those seafood rice bowls delivered fresh from Tsukiji were so fresh, sweet, and plentiful that they were unforgettable and more than worth the price.The most touching thing was the thoughtful hospitality of Ryo San and the team.This trip was not just a journey, but also a heartwarming return home. It was like meeting old friends in a foreign land, making it hard to say goodbye.

We definitely stay again at Ryo’s place! The location was great to get around and there are many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Tokyo station was a 5-10 min ride by taxi. We enjoyed staying at Ryo’s place in a very quiet neighborhood and everything needed is inside. The beds were comfortable. Very clean place.

Our stay with Ryo and his team was very nice. The apartment is well equipped, and the location of the apartment is excellent. Everything is in walking distance, and the train station is very close. We particularly liked that Ryo immediately took care of all our requests and that communication with him was flawless. Ryo-san was so welcoming and helpful. We were a family of 6 with a 80 yo grandfather and the stay was great. He checked up on us and provided help to make us comfortable. Location was great! We walked everywhere in and out of the Airbnb.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Tokyo. The apartment is located in the Ginza district, but it is very quiet and private. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and the main shopping street is a 20-minute walk away. The room is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it has everything you need. I want to warn older people about the high and narrow staircase, but it didn't bother our family at all. Ryo is a very helpful and attentive host, always available and ready to help. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.
